Ans. You may submit a copy of duly filled application form along with application fee. Along with this an affidavit and FIR is also required for obtaining duplicate copy of IEC Certificate.

Ans. Yes any IEC Holder may surrender IEC Number allotted by informing the issuing authority.

Ans. No there is no tatkal scheme for ONLINE IEC.
Q.10 Do I need to apply for IEC for all my branch offices/ division/ Units?
Ans. No, separate IEC is not required. One Importer Exporter Code Number issued will be applicable to all branch offices/ division/ Units.
