The directors of this institute Amit Bansal and Shubham are irresponsible persons. They don't have managerial skills. When you join the company they just mail you simple email instead of joining letter and when you ask for proper joining letter they will starting delaying all the time and will tell you that they are not bound to it. They will never understand your problem Mr. Shubam is always habit in the delaying. If you will ask for salary or any other thing he will ask you will get it by evening and that evening never comes until you make them 100's of calls and message. Mr Amit Bansal never replies properly,if you will message him some issue related to salary or joining letter etc he never replies. If he will reply he replies he will say I am not bound to it or will refer you to Mr Shubham who has mastered in delaying things. They don't have managerial skills neither they care for their employees.
