Renewal Of Fssai Certificate, Fssai Registration & Fssai License During Covid

FSSAI EXPIRING BETWEEN 22^ND MARCH 2020 TO 31^ST MAY 2020 , BE CALM YOUR LICENSE CAN BE RENEWED AFTER EXPIRY WITHOUT ANY PENALTY.

The Department of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India has issued the Grace Period till 30^th June 2020 for applying Renewal of Fssai Registration or Renewal of Fssai License which are expired or expiring during the Lockdown period.

The FSSAI Department on 13^th April 2020 has extended the Grace period for applying renewal of Fssai Registration or Renewal of Fssai License by 30^th June 2020.

Renewal of Expired Fssai Certificates

Now The Food Business Operator can apply for Renewal of Fssai certificates even after expiry. The FBO whose Fssai certificates/Fssai Licenses/Fssai Registrations has expired or expiring during the period of 22^nd March 2020 to 31^st May 2020 can now apply for the online Renewal of fssai License without any penalty till 30^th June 2020. And Their Fssai certificates will deemed to be valid during this period.

As during Pan India Lockdown period due to Covid 19 pandemic, The FBO are unable to Apply for Renewal of Fssai Application/Fssai Registration or Fssai Licenses. The Fssai has Given This relaxation for the Benefits of FBO and continuing their Business for Essential Services on during this pandemic.
