Drug License is issued by the Drag Department of Delhi in field of retail, wholesale and manufacturing of Drugs and Cosmetics products. The Drag Department, Delhi has authorization given for doing business in the field of Drugs and Cosmetics Products.<\/p>\n

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR DRUG LICENSE:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Self attested Copy of\u00a0PAN Card<\/strong>of all the Proposed Directors\/Partners\/Proprietor.<\/li>\n
  2. Self attested Copy of\u00a0ADDRESS PROOF<\/strong>of all the Proposed Directors \/ Partners\/ Proprietor.<\/li>\n
  3. Passport Size\u00a0Photographs\u00a0<\/strong>of all the Proposed Directors\/Partners\/Proprietor.<\/li>\n
  4. Duly signed\u00a0Affidavits <\/strong>as required by the Department.<\/li>\n
  5. Copy of\u00a0Current Electricity Bill \/ Water Bill \/ House Tax<\/strong>Etc for The\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Premises\u00a0Proposed to be Used.<\/li>\n
  6. If the Property is Rented, then Rent Agreement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Copy of Certificate of Registered pharmacist with Delhi Pharmacy Council in case of sale of Drugs as Retailer.<\/li>\n
  8. Copy of Experience Certificate by a Registered Chemist\/Pharmacist in case of sale of Drugs as Wholesaler.<\/li>\n
  9. Certificate of Incorporation\/MOA\/AOA in case of company or Partnership deed and list of partners in case of Partnership firm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Fees for Sale of the Drugs as Retailer & Wholesaler \u2013 Check Drug License Fees<\/p>\n

    TIME DURATION:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    35-45 days in case of drug license for sale of drugs and<\/p>\n

    90-120 days in case of drug license for manufacturing after receipt of all the necessary Documents,<\/p>\n
